School Curriculum

Please tell me if a job interviewer has ever asked you this:

“Why can’t trees grow in the tundra?”

Let me guess on your answer: No. Let me also guess that I am right. The school curriculum is all jacked up, at least the public school one is. This year I did Heath class on a computer. The school doesn’t even bother to spend money on hiring teachers anymore! Guess how long that took me and how much I learned. About 3 weeks and nothing! If we are going to go to school for 6-8 hours a day, then make it worth while. Teach us about things like taxes and how to have discussions. Especially the discussions. Do you see how our government is divided and how each side debates. They can’t form a logical argument (especially the left). My friends go to a private school and learn how to formulate a good argument. That is what will keep our country on the right track, not reading out of a 20 year old books. You want to know another dumb thing about school? You can’t have good discussions. For instance my friends and I were discussing about the government and why raising taxes will help no one. There was a couple of people who agreed and a couple who didn’t. No one was ganged up on or made fun of for their beliefs. However here comes the teacher telling us we can not have a discussion while we are doing “individual work”. My bad for talking about things that will actually effect my children’s future, you won’t have to live with it because quite frankly your old and will probably die soon.

By the way the answer to the top question is because of the permafrost. I’m not explaining it to you, Google it.
